Do you ship Nationwide?
Yes, nationwide shipping within Philippines is accepted via first class (next day delivery) courier (LBC, APCARGO, orJRS Express)
SHIPPING CHARGE OF THE COURIER WILL DEPEND ON THE QUANTITY AND WILL BE COMPUTED ACCORDINGLY BEFORE PAYMENT (unless free shipping is indicated)
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your location and courier usually packages are expected to arrive 1 to 2 (working) days after shipping
Will I be charged for taxes?
12% VAT will be charged to the customer and the customer should provide us the necessary

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via BDO, BPI, METROBANK deposits, Mlhuillier, Cebuana, Western, Palawan, Globe GCASH, SmartMoney, LBC, etc.
* simply inform us (via text messages) your order and when and where you will make the payments and we will send you instructions (via text messages only) so that we will have a text record of our transaction
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Units usually have 3 months service warranty...extended warranty up to 6 months for provincial orders. Warranty covers factory defect on unit only. accessories are not included in warranty. Units are tested (SOP) before shipping to avoid inconvenience to both parties

What is your returns policy?
Contact us if you find any defects upon receipt of unit and we shall resolve it immediately. For repaired/replaced item, Clients will shoulder return shipping.
